Cheff programs are back in the saddle!

As always, Cheff is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our clients, caregivers, volunteers, and staff.  The following precautions have been put in place to mitigate the possibility of Covid-19 at Cheff:

  • All program staff has been vaccinated and all volunteers and clients have been strongly encouraged to get vaccinated

  • Instructors will be Covid-19 tested on a weekly basis

  • Cheff has implemented a phased re-opening plan centered around keeping the number of people at our facility as low as possible

  • Masks are required for all participants (yes, we know that the CDC has adjusted its recommendations - we are keeping this policy in place for the time being)

  • Temperature checks and Covid-19 screening questions are required for anyone entering the facility

  • The facility is closed to spectators (Instructors will greet their clients in the parking lot and bring them in)

  • Cleaning protocols have been enhanced (including disinfecting horse equipment between clients)

As information, case rates, vaccination rates, and regulations continue to change, we will be assessing and adjusting our protocols. We look forward to moving together towards a more “normal” experience!
