June 26th-30th is mental health week at Cheff.  One the growing needs in our community is support for the many challenges not only our young people, but ALL of us are facing.  Life can be very challenging, post-pandemic, and in response to requests from our therapeutic riding community and our community at large, Cheff Center is offering three pilot programs to support our community.  Our plan to to continue to expand programming in this area.  Please join us for one of of these groups, and stay tuned for more Women's Self Care Programming, and teen programs.
